When you are done wearing the lashes, gently remove them by lifting the band of the lash off of the skin at the inner corner of the eye. As the band lifts, gently peel and lift the remainder of the lash off. Never pull on the lashes to remove, always use the band. Repeat on both eyes.

Store your lashes in the Lash Valet box that the lashes came in.

CARE

Store your lashes in the Lash Valet box they arrived in to keep them clean, dry, and protected from dust and any outside damage. If your lashes have build up on them, clean off any build up by brushing through the lashes with a clean mascara spooly. You may also remove leftover glue on the band of the lash with tweezers. With proper care, Lash Valet lashes can be reused about 20-30 times.

To increase the longevity and maintain the original style of your lashes, do not apply mascara directly on them. Instead, apply mascara to your natural lashes first, allow it to dry, then apply the lashes.

By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and monthly reoccurring subscription fee of $24.99 per product, plus taxes and shipping.

You accept responsibility for the price of this subscription.

Following your first month’s subscription, your credit card will automatically be billed for each subsequent month on the same day each month.

You must be at least 16 years of age or older to subscribe to the Lash Valet Subscription. By creating an account and subscribing to the service you warrant that you are capable of entering a binding contract and that you are at least 16 years of age.

It is your responsibility to ensure your address is accurate and up to date. If there are any changes to your address, it is your responsibility to update your address a minimum of 2 weeks before the first business day of the subsequent month. You can do this by emailing lashvalet@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation upon change of address from Lash Valet. If this is not done, and your order goes to the wrong address, Lash Valet, LLC is not liable.

Lash Valet, LLC has the right to modify and revise these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason and without notice.

You may cancel at any time by sending an email to lashvalet@gmail.com at least 2 weeks in advance of the next billing cycle.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE 14 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE NEXT CHARGE AS THE UPCOMING ORDER IS ALREADY QUEUED AND WILL NOT CANCEL UNTIL THE MONTH AFTER!!!
